Summer/Fall: June - October, $438 per day; $3,066 per week
Shoulder Rates: May – November, $538 per day; $3,766 per week
Winter/Spring: Dec - April, $638 day; $4,466 per week
Special Event Weeks/Holidays are higher rates.
$25 reservation fee; 12.5% rental tax will also be charged
