Blue Orchid (a 2 bed, one bath upstairs condo unit located in the Shipyards) is just one of several lovely condos we offer for rent located in the prestigious gated Truman Annex Community of Old Town, downtown Key West. This ideal location is only two blocks from world-famous Duval Street, and within walking distance to many great attractions, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful Fort Zachary Taylor Beach Park is only about a 10 minute walk by foot. We have several fully furnished 2 bed units available (some with one bath, some with two). Each condo comes complete with central air, a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, stackable washer/dryer, and outdoor bbq grill. In each unit, the Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. With every rental, there is an assigned parking spot (and parking is a premium in Old Town!), and renters have use of the community pool in their designated Truman Annex section. We also offer two adjacent units which can be considered for larger groups, or rent multiple units nearby as many of our condos are located in the same vicinity.

2 bed, 2 bath: $1,400 per week

Winter Pricing:
2 bed, 1 bath: $1,800 per week
2 bed, 2 bath: $2,000 per week

Special Events/Holidays:
2 bed, 1 bath: $2,400 per week
2 bed, 2 bath: $2,600 per week
